Shipping FAQ

Where do you currently ship to?

Good Weird currently ships everywhere in the U.S. and internationally with our partner Passport Shipping.

How do I qualify for domestic free shipping?

When you order 2 or more products, the shipping is free.

When will my order ship out and arrive?

The order will ship out the same day if it is before our 3 PM EST window, or it will go out the following day. If you used our standard shipping, it would arrive in 3-5 business days; if you expedited shipping, it would arrive in 1-2 business days

What is your international shipping policy?

Good Weird ships worldwide with our Passport Shipping partner which calculates duties + taxes live :)

Are Goodweird products suitable for all skin types?

Good Weird was built with all skin types in mind.

Will my products melt/dry/freeze/expire/ect.?

Good Weird's products have gone through extensive stability testing to mitigate the chances of them melting, drying, freezing, or expiring per each product's Instructions.

Is Goodweird leaping bunny certified, cruelty-free, and vegan?

Yes, Good Weird is cruelty-free, leaping bunny certified, and vegan.

My Back From Vacay is not pumping out product.

If you have difficulty getting product out of Back From Vacay, please remove the shade sticker at the bottom.

When will I be charged?

Good Weird will charge your payment method at the time of check-out.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Good Weird currently accepts all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. Please let us know at sup@goodweird.com if there are any other payment options that you would like to use.

What makes Goodweird different from other beauty brands?

Good Weird has built products from the ground up and is an infusion of skincare and cosmetics. We think about things differently with an original approach to beauty. Our products require no tools, and we have lowered traditional pigment loads significantly to create a genderless approach.
